Committees are a great way to contribute to IAdCA’s mission, build relationships across the industry, and support the success of our annual conference and member resources. Select a committee below to learn more and email the committee chair(s) to get involved.
Conference Committee
Oversees the logistical execution of the annual conference, including audio-visual coordination, breakout room assignments, exhibitor support, food and beverage planning, and on-site registration. Committee members may also participate in hotel site visits and provide recommendations to the Board of Directors.
Education Committee
Develops the annual conference agenda and coordinates speakers, including DOI representatives, general session presenters, and breakout speakers. The committee also identifies timely educational topics related to insurance advertising and compliance and helps make these resources available to members.
Public Relations Committee
Manages communications to the public and conference attendees, including “Save the Date” announcements, website updates, and social media presence. The committee also gathers topic feedback from prior attendees and manages IAdCA’s Cvent account to support conference registration and communications.
